We brought our first kite a few weeks ago... and on our second day of flying, a dog chased the kite while it was in the air, until it crashed and then ripped the kite into bits :( Very sad, but Simon managed to get 30 quid out of the dog owner, for not looking after her dog.
So, ofcourse we now have a second kite which we are looking after very carefully.
The Clapham Common is the best place for kite flying, and seen as it's only down the road, we seem to be doing it every other night we're not drinking beer :)

Hey Nat & Si, just been cursing around your web site to see what you two been up to, Wow! You guys are having a good time .. Nice :)… real envious of the nice weather sun glasses and summer clothes… bloody cold here in Dunners but not as bad as the rest of NZ they have what you call a “Weather Bomb” don’t you love the media and their terms :) Auckland has got no power and ChCh is under a foot of snow Wow!
