The Heath Pond

Yep, it's definitely our last ramble for the year... boggo!

One of the pubs along the way...

Another pub... this one was sooooo cute!

We caught the train to Petersfield at the weekend and did a 12 mile walk around to Buriton and Chalton. Packed a few sarnies and indulged in the sensational weather!

I'd happily walk 12 km for a guiness (or 2..) Actually had one in Blenheim on Friday!
Sure have original names for their pubs!
In Walton-on-Thames they have a couple with NZ names eg Kiwi. NZ soldiers were stationed there in WWI (my mums father was there and met a local lass. Mum was born in Chertsey hospital in 1917 and they came out to NZ a year or so later)
Where shall we ramble when you get home for xmas????? Up to the sprig and fern??
