Stonehenge is also completely random. It is situated between two main highways. It wouldn't be so amazing if you didn't know the story, but when you hear about Stonehenge and how they believe the stones were transported here, it is amazing! The common thing to do was to listen to the audio guides which described everything we needed to know. pity you can't walk amongst the stones. Probably tourists post 1979 were wrecking the joint. I guess the highways weren't there when the stones were moved otherwise big MACs could've been used!!
